DIY Valentines Day Garlands

Here are some Valentines Day garlands for inspiration. I posted this a bit late as Valentines Day is tomorrow… But, hey you can make them any time and there is always next year. 😉

This post contains affiliate links for Amazon. I make commission if you buy through my links and banners in my posts. See how I roll.

This one I used some Dollar Tree hearts, pearl beads and ribbon. The lace Ive had for years, its actually vintage! Haha.

Weaved the the jute twine in the lace tied the hearts to it. I used stickers on the solid hearts Ive had for a while. I thought they looked ‘french country’.

I found them at a bar I went to see a band and that had a couple of vendors of all places! LOL She had all kinds of cool stickers.

I also added the bows.

This hanging garland I used more Dollar Tree hearts. I bead covered them with pink beads from the Dollar Tree too. Glued them to the twine and made a tassel.

I also sprinkled some pink glitter to fill any spaces the beads didn’t cover.

I use Elmers as a base glue for beads and glitter as its thicker.

I gloss Mod Podged the top so the beads and glitter dont shed all over.

This mini heart one I used hearts I bought on Amazon, you get Tons for so cheap! They have a purple included too but I didn’t use it on the garland.

You can cover your house in hearts you get so many! LOL

I took two hearts back to back and hot glued the twine in between.

I used a some scrapbook paper and Dollar Tree glitter hearts for this cute mini garland. The hearts were pink in red to use as vase filler or table scatter.

I had a Valentines Day paper book and cut up a couple of pages from it.

Just glued it to some twine.

A couple of bonus Valentine DIYs’

A flower topiary. All Dollar Tree stuff.

This fun yarn triangle tree. I have a post on making triangle trees.
