DIY Painted Can Organizer

A decorative can organizer!

I made this intending to sell it but, the paper became a bit weird and its more time consuming than I like so I kept it! 🙂

However, its cute so Im sharing if you want to make one yourself.

I just painted the cans with spray paint. I lined the inside with scrapbook paper and Modge Podge.

I coated the paper all inside the can to give it a protective coating too with the Modge Podge. The paper is thin so it bubbled a bit from the 1 deposit casino canada.com, hence my not selling it.

If you use nice think scrapbook paper it doesn’t bubble and wrinkle with the glue as much. Ive made other can organizers than turned out better because of the thicker paper so keep that in mind if you make something like this. 🙂

Glued lace & flowers on the outside of the cans and also glued the cans together. I just used hot glue for this. I also added the ribbon tie for extra stability and decorative touch.

As you see I store brushes, colored pencils , and clips.
