Paw Painted Dog Treat Mason Jar
A fun dog treat jar I made for my brat Chaweenie… Hes a snugly little lover but a pain in my rear sometimes! LOL

I spray painted with Rust-Oleum Gloss Khaki 249032.
Used my handy dandy black oil paint pen from Sharpie. I love these pens, I wish I had every color! But, ya know this DIY gal has a budget…
I just drew the paw prints. Regular Sharpie markers just don’t work as well over spray paint like these oil pens.
Use the oil pens light handed over spray paint, they can start to eat at the spray paint. They probably would eat into a lot of paints…
I top coated with a matte finish. I love my matte! LOL
Do you use mason jars for dog treats to keep them fresh? Have you made a dog treat jar? Share! 🙂
You can also buy one of these jars from my Etsy shop.

Love this idea!
What product did you use for the matte top coat?
I used Krylons wax top coat(its not that great) but if you want to go for a matte look use Valspars flat top coat if you can. Rust-oleum is good too. 🙂
And thank you! 😀
