I used my Krylon Chalky Finish Spray Paint. The Colonial Ivory. I personally love this stuff!!
Then I used acrylic paints to make the Leopard spots with a paint brush. Make a half moon shape alternating a bit.
I kind of slipped on that one holding my camera! ha ha. I take all my own photos so many are one handed with my DSLR, it can be tricky! LOL

Then use my Elmers Glue All, you could use any kind of glue really. Ive used Modge Podge in the past, even wood glue! ha ha.
Just paint in the middle of the spots with glue, its ok to have some glue on the black. Then sprinkle your glitter. I used a copper-rose gold glitter.
Cover your glue spots. I did sections of the jar at a time so the glue wouldn’t start to dry as I go through and fill the spots.

You can see some on my snowman mason jars. The ones at the bottom of the post.
After we are all glittered and lose glitter brushed off use a clear gloss top coat. This helps with chipping and shedding glitter.
All done! 🙂
You could make these any colors, I have an aqua and pink one in the works! Have you made animal print mason jars?

Are these waterproof
Yes, more or less, they have a top coat, you could wipe down, even give them a quick cool rinse/pat dry immediately and fill with water but I would not soak or scrub them.
